Canadian Horizons, the development company is making a $100,000,000.00 into the City of Penticton and this stunning development will create approximately 1000 jobs right here in Penticton.

The City will receive significant benefits through infrastructure upgrades, more than $6,402,706 in application fees, building permits and DCC's.

This proposal is focusing on cluster development to ensure the preservation of over 45% of the 120+ ac property and will provide 6.5 km of new trails, 22.9 Ha of greenspace as well as habitat corridors.

Wildfire protection and the protection of Agricultural lands have been meticulously incorporated into the design and servicing of this wonderful development.
