Hello my fellow petitioners, how are you? Yes I'm alive! I know it's been awhile since my last update and I'm very sorry. I moved to another county and during the move I had a lot of my belongings broken including my laptop. I have had a very busy schedule with getting our family settled in. Getting all of the kids enrolled in school, getting each of us established with new doctors etc. I have still been battling my thyroid cancer and autoimmune diseases. I lie awake every night wondering when the Chinese Drywall long term effects will be studied. Here recently my teenage daughter was diagnosed with extremely high antibodies ANA TITER score was showing signs of rheumatoid arthritis or juvenile lupus SLE. My 10 year old daughter has high thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin indicating thyroid disease. This is not just a coincidence my husband developed hashimoto's. The EPA and CPS don't care they want to pretend everything dissipates as you leave. I know and the other victims know the lingering debilitating health effects it leaves you with. If any of you reading this has suffered any health effects including autoimmune diseases please I encourage you to write a brief message about what you have suffered. I think getting a comparison chart with each victims history is a good starting point. On another note I wanted to share the attachment I've attached below showing you where the Judge's priorities lie. He is so consumed with pleasing the Chinese Drywall companies and making sure lawyers fees are paid that he has continued to put us the victims last. This has been dragging on for years. Some folks have went through three attorneys that have retired. Enough is Enough! I come to you to help be my voice, tweet, facebook, email, sign and share this everywhere to bring awareness. These petty news reporters are too busy with political attacks than they are about legit health concerns like Chinese Drywall or even Flint Water crisis. They don't care that their are tens of thousands worldwide affected by the huge oversight of our government here to protect us. The victims many of them still live in RV's, townhomes, apartments, friends or tents. We had no choice but to pick up the pieces and move on. The government, builder, banks, insurance companies and Judge has left us holding the bag. They turn a blind eye to what we have endured. This is not right, it's our constitutional right to breathe clean air, drink clean water, eat safe foods yet they are cutting corners to save a dollar. Let me remind you that Rubio promised to help the victims and hold those responsible accountable, yet nothing has been done. We reach out to our congress only to receive a generic letter that reads they will update you as they have new information. There is no penalty to the Judge who has continued to drag the case out, while the pot has dwindled to nothing. This latest attachment is regarding the Judge ruling that Chinese drywall Companies don't have to share settlement details, appeals or court rules. What is he hiding? Perhaps he's getting a piece of the pie? Some are being offered $85 a sq ft, while others as low as .36 cents a sq ft. This is unfair it should be equal across the board. Browngreer on the other hand has unfairly denied medical claims finding loopholes for a measley $500 one time payment. This $500 couldn't pay for one visit to a specialist I've seen. They require your doctor to write a notarized statement testifying that Chinese drywall is the reason for the health effects your suffering from. No doctor will notarize a letter stating that diagnosis knowing they will be subpoenaed and antagonized in court. The courts and Browngreer find these crooked loopholes to make it impossible for the victims to win. We deserve justice, please be our voice and sign, share all over social media. God Bless
