Hello fellow petitioners, I know I haven't posted in awhile, I have been very busy. This was just posted by the Tampa Bay editor. It is a article that is extremely upsetting to me. I also had a home in Hillsborough county that was condemned due to Chinese Drywall. The editor is focusing on these four families because the government pushed these unsuspecting victims into these homes. Why is there no editors doing stories on the victims that purchased these homes unknowingly. The government still had a duty to inspect these foreign products prior to shipping them into the United States. They should be responsible regardless if it was a government funded loan or mortgage. My family suffered the same fate as these victims, we still do not own our own home. We still have depleted savings, chronic illnesses pets that have died. I have been denied for every loop hole imaginable. This entire situation is corrupt, the government should not allow foreign trades if they cannot be held accountable for their toxic catastrophes. Myself and tens of thousands are still suffering from this hardship. The media is quiet, congress sends generic letters as though they are investigating. The Judge is allowing this class action to drag on for seven years and asking that the victims be their own advocate. Unnecessary undue stress as though were experienced attorneys. I have physicians records relating these illnesses to the Chinese Drywall exposure, however because the Judge wants a specific letter written word for word these physicians decline to get involved concerned they'll be sued or subpoenaed to court. This entire situation was no fault of our own, however were on trial. We continue to be the victims by the entire court system, plaintiff steering committee. My point is there really is no difference between these four families and the tens of thousands of other victims. We all have suffered and continue to suffer do to the greed and unregulated Chinese products. The very same leaders in place to protect it's constituents is the very same ones out to destroy us.
