CHS students can sign this petition in urging the Administration at CUSD to reconsider implementing the 4x4 schedule for the 2021-2022 school year. It’s conflicting and limiting to the academic and extracurricular lives of many CHS students, as well as education plans of teachers. Due to the consequence of Covid-19, students have had to readjust their schedules and school habits completely within a short amount of time. To place yet another schedule change that not only affects the cycle of the school day, but also students academically is challenging and inconsiderate. We urge the administration to take more consideration in the wellbeing of students and educators here at Coronado High School before implementing this schedule.
