A week after opening our poll, we collected all 348 responses of (former) students and staff and 160 (anonymized) motivations and sent a request to the Student and Works Council to revoke their trust in the executive board.

On the question “Do you think the current executive board of TU Delft is capable of bringing about cultural change to improve social safety?”, 77.4% of the respondents said no, 14% yes, and the remaining 8.6% maybe.

It is clear that we no longer have faith that the current executive board is fit to make TU Delft a diverse, inclusive, and socially safe working and learning environment. An executive board that is not trusted by those it needs to govern, will never succeed, especially in times of crisis.
