The ACCC is hamstrung by a lack of resources not a lack of will. I am in contact with senior enforcement officers and they would love nothing better than to prosecute ALL the corporate rogues. Right now they have to pick their battles very carefully, which means that so many others just get away with whatever they want. For new vehicle owners, and in particular recreational vehicle owners, this has catastrophic consequences. Consumers are being left tens of thousands out of pocket in their retirement when they can least afford it.
