Enough is enough. The right to bear arms is not a privilege—it's an inalienable right guaranteed by the Constitution. Yet in California, especially in Riverside County, law-abiding citizens are being denied that right based on subjective opinions, political games, and smear campaigns.

I started this petition after being denied a CCW despite being a federally licensed firearms dealer, holding an Arizona CCW, and passing every background check—even receiving a letter from the California DOJ confirming I am not a prohibited person. Still, I was denied because someone "felt" I shouldn't have one.

I'm not alone. Thousands of good people across California are being unconstitutionally blocked from defending themselves and their families.

We are calling out the corrupt and broken CCW permit scheme in California for what it is: a calculated infringement on our rights. We are demanding Constitutional Carry—just like over half the country already has.

And it gets worse…

Sheriff Chad Bianco, the same official who oversees Riverside’s oppressive CCW denials, kneeled to BLM in 2020, signaling virtue over justice. Now, he's facing national backlash after falsely accusing Vem Miller of the third assassination attempt on Donald Trump—a man who had zero involvement. Miller is now suing Bianco for $100 million. If he’ll do that to an innocent man for political spotlight, can we trust him to be the gatekeeper of our rights?

This isn’t just about one permit. This is about restoring the Second Amendment in California and stopping tyranny in our own backyard.
