You may remember that earlier this month some of the most shocking and vile footage was leaked from within hunting circles. The video showed the Avon Vale Hunt rejoicing as they dug up two foxes from their den before setting the baying pack of hounds onto them.
It's not often that I'm shocked by footage of fox hunting anymore but this video really got to me. And ever since it was made public we've been doing everything we can to ensure some good, no matter how small, can come from it.
That's why we have been relentlessly sharing it online. In fact, to the point where over a million people have now seen our posts about the incident.
And one of our awesome supporters suggested the idea of asking the public to adopt one of our two foxes in defiance of fox hunting and in memory of the two poor foxes hunted down by the Avon Vale Hunt (of which their fate is unknown).
So with that in mind we're sending this email out in the hope that we can find new homes for our fox and fox cub.
Every adoption and every pound takes us one step closer to ending the vile pastime of fox hunting for good. We do every single thing possible every single day to protect wildlife.
In fact as I'm writing this we have undercover investigators deployed in the aim of exposing fox hunts whilst they think nobody is watching.
Your support is invaluable. Together we can change the tide against fox hunting and ensure that these foxes were not hunted in vein. But that this month proves to be monumental in the anti hunting movement and signals the beginning of the end for those intent on harming animals.
