Storm Hawks is an American/Canadian animated television series produced by Nerd Corps Entertainment. The series’ original run was from May 25th, 2007 to April 6th, 2009. While the planned 52 episodes were aired, the series ended on a cliffhanger. Fans demanded a third season and while the cast and crew expressed interest in continuing the series; the network never gave the green light to write more episodes.

To this day, Storm Hawks still has potential to be something bigger than it was. It has been stated by fans and the crew that it was a show that was ahead of its time. It has been over a decade since the series premiered; whether it’s given a reboot or continuation, not only could the show reach a larger audience but it could also give the writers a chance for more story building.

Storm Hawks had rich humour for all ages, diversity within its characters, and character development from beginning to end. While the show had its high points, there are a lot of unanswered questions in the plot that a continuation or reboot could fix. The series reached its peak towards the end of the second season, and fans wanted more.
