Täglich werden zahllose Facebook-Konten ohne Begründung gesperrt, was die Kommunikation und den Austausch von Informationen stark beeinträchtigt. Diese willkürliche Handlung verletzt die Meinungsfreiheit und das Recht auf Information, die im Artikel 5 des Grundgesetzes für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland festgelegt sind. Außerdem hat jeder Nutzer das Recht auf eine ordnungsgemäße Begründung vor einer Kontosperrung, wie es das Gesetz zum Schutz der Verbraucher vorschreibt. Es ist an der Zeit, dass Facebook diese Praktiken überdenken und gerechte Vorgehensweisen einführen. Wir fordern Facebook auf, die willkürliche Kontosperrung sofort zu stoppen und für Transparenz und Fairness in ihrem Vorgehen zu sorgen. Ich hatte mich selber, vor 2 Tagen nach langer Zeit wieder bei Facebook registriert, und heute musste ich feststelle, das mein Konto deaktiviert wurde, und ich nicht mehr darauf zugreifen kann!

Every day, countless Facebook accounts are blocked without justification, severely hampering communication and the exchange of information. This arbitrary action violates the freedom of expression and the right to information, which are enshrined in Article 5 of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Furthermore, every user has the right to proper justification before an account is blocked, as required by the Consumer Protection Act. It is time for Facebook to reconsider these practices and implement fair procedures.
