Stopping the Stargate Project

Stopping the Stargate Project
The Issue
The Stargate project is multiple data centers being constructed by OpenAI not only this one in Abilene, Texas, but globally. There has been up to $500 billion in investments from companies such as SoftBank, Oracle, and the investment firm called MGX.
So who's behind this project? It's none other than Sam Altman, Larry Ellison, and Masayoshi Son. While Donald Trump announced it was "the largest AI infrastructure project in history," he also used emergency declarations to expedite the project's development. So far, 10 data centers have been built in Abilene, Texas, with plans to expand outside of the U.S.
This project has already significantly affected everyone in the United States, from increased electricity prices we have to pay to increases in the average consumer's pricing for tech-related products. OpenAI's Stargate project is set to consume up to 40% of global DRAM output. (CPUs, GPUs, RAM). This will affect the average customer of tech for the next two years; the majority of RAM manufacturers will be sold out till 2027. If we accept these prices for RAM, it will not go down in price just as the GPUs' and cars' pricing went up.
This will negatively affect many people from all different countries. There will be a Stargate in the UAE, 5 data centers in the U.S., and a data center in Argentina, making it the largest data center in Latin America. The 5 data centers in the U.S. have a planned capacity for 7 gigawatts and over $400 billion in investment over the next three years.
AMD will be supplying 6 gigawatts of its "Instinct" GPUs, which further adds to the problem of the mass shortage for consumers. OpenAI will be allowed to buy a 10% stake in AMD if the milestones are met. Broadcom is also supplying 10 gigawatts of custom hardware.
