PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION!

Do you wanna see two three-story buildings on that piece of property above?  Then come to the meeting at the Saints on Friday, June 14 at 6 PM. We need to stop zoning changes that were set in 2017. 

The assisted living facility, ASF and the independent living IL will put a strain on our already congested roadways, our local emergency services, loss of wildlife on that piece of property, our old water and sewer infrastructure, the flooding problem and whatever harm this will do to our quiet community.  I can’t say these facilities will do anything to enhance Sandpiper. 

All of Sandpiper needs to know what’s going on on the southwest corner of Westmoreland and Morningside. Please come to the meeting. Tell your neighbors and friends and Sandpiper to come also. This is when our community needs to ban together.
