Sandpiper residents. Come one, come all. There is a meeting with the attorney for the builder on May 24th at 6pm at the Botanical Gardens on Westmoreland. Get all your questions answer. Let them know we don’t want the Independent living and and Assisted Living facilities. They will build 2-3 story buildings in the middle of our community. This will make more traffic which we don’t need. It will put a strain on our emergency services and the noise will ruin our quiet community. Our wildlife will lose their habitat. A possibility of making Westmoreland a 4 lane road with a light at the circle. There could also be a change down the road for a drug rehab which Stuart is going thru right now. Which would be walking distance to out schools on Morningside. Please pass this petition to all for signatures. There is a picture of where they want to build on the NW corner of Morningside and Westmoreland. Let’s keep that beautiful area just the way it is. Thank you and see you all there.
