I am deathly allergic to shellfish, and a lot of people including me cannot eat shellfish due to religious beliefs. Zaxby's currently sells shrimp without using separate fryers, which poses a severe risk for cross-contamination. This can lead to life-threatening allergic reactions for individuals like myself and violates dietary restrictions for many others.

According to the Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), approximately 32 million Americans have food allergies, with shellfish being one of the most common allergens. Additionally, many religious practices prohibit the consumption of shellfish, making it essential for restaurants to prevent cross-contact.

We urge Zaxby's to either stop selling shrimp or implement separate fryers in every location nationwide. This change will ensure that all customers can safely enjoy their meals without health risks or compromising their beliefs.
