More free fun at Holgate Community Garden this Sat and Sun!

Join us for a tidy-up on Saturday 27th May and help get the garden ready for 'Beating the Bounds' on Sunday 28th May, an ancient custom where the community leads a procession to mark out the boundary of land to give it protection. The event will be a celebration of our wonderful garden and park with live music! There will be a bug theme to this year's event where we will be going on a bug hunt and building a 'bug hotel' in the park. The bug-theme continues as we will be holding a fancy dress contest. Come dressed as your favourite beetle, bug, butterfly or creepy-crawly - prizes to be won! Don't forget your picnic and a blanket! Everyone welcome
