Dear supporters,

I have some amazing news. Last night in the Council meeting 10/3/26 it was decided that the further exploration of World Heritage Status would be paused. Some Councillors voted not to proceed.

This is fantastic news and the tide is most definitely turning! Thanks to the Community Association People of Glastonbury for their recent highly popular first meeting and to all involved in challenging the decision to proceed with this exploration or 'scoping.'

The Consultants will not be able to move onto phase 2 of their study. They have received £42,000 already. This is a big relief and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Thanks for your support and keep spreading the news!
