End Wolf hunting around areas net to National Parks

                  Many people who live around national parks during certain times of year have to hear and watch Wolf Hunters in their town’s hunting wolves for sport not for food but for the fun of killing an inefficient living animal. In Yellowstone many wolves have wandered out of the park and into Wolf Hunting zones during wolf hunting season. Many of these wolves have been shot for example wolves 06female also known as 832female, 754 male, and 926 female also known as Spitfire. There has even been one legal hunting incident inside Yellowstone. Many people who saw these wolves or watched them for years or read about them have been devastated by their deaths and this hunting has to end.

               If this hunting keeps going on the wolf populations in national parks may cease to exist and many people will be mad. People have already killed all the wolves in the United States before and this could happen again. We had to bring in wolves from packs in Canada to recreate the packs. This hunting isn’t just hurting humans and the wolves who are shot but the wolves family’s. Like 754s brother and 06s mate 755, 755 abandoned his kids and went to find a new mate. But that mate was shot and so was the next. He eventually mated with white Female but she eventually rejected him for a younger and stronger mate. 926 was also impacted when her mother 06 was shot and her father 755 left. She became a strong alpha female but toward the end of her life she was shot. The bulletin that hit 926 while she protected her family didn’t kill her immediately. It looked like she had stumbled then fell into the snow where she bled out before dying. 926s daughter led the rest of the pack away and they all luckily survived but lost 926. This devevestated the family and people who had known or heard of 926. This has to end.

       We must act quickly so that no more wolves who live in national parks are lost right out side the parks gates. This is the first step to stopping Wolf hunting all tougher. This might seem like Wolves might over populate and just flee to the safe zones but trust me there are many things that will make sure wolves don’t over populate. Like how for three years in a row all of 926s puppies died. Some things that kill wolves besides humans are other wolves and despises such as Mange, Distemper, and rabies. Also in North Carolina the only place in the whole world where Red Wolves live, there are less then 20 left in the wild. We do luckily have Red Wolves in breeding fesiltys but there are so few red wolves left in the wild and this has to end. We must stop wolf hunting in areas around and next to national parks.
