Wilbur Park is a proposed 28-unit development consisting of affordable/low-to-mid income houses, all within a 4.2-acre parcel. This type if densely populated area in Lincoln, RI will introduce several issues, including increase noise, a drain on resources, increased traffic, and safety issues for the existing residents of Wilbur Road.

It is our goal to obtain as many signatures as possible to show the town governance, and the developers, that this type of dense development does not make any sense, and it doesn't belong in our town.
