Christine Scott and Barbara Swatski are a couple who befriended Cathy, and who have conspired with her on January 2, 2021, with false allegations stating that during a dinner party over a decade ago, they witnessed me kicking Cathy in the chest.  Cathy reported the false allegation in her Statements made to RCMP.  Christine has since modified the false allegation in her Affidavit to say that the kick was to the “stomach”.

Cathy has called Christine Scott as a witness and as such Christine provided an Affidavit, that the photo reveals portions of.  Most statements made by Christine in her affidavit are blatant lies and twisting of facts, such as the two items at 14 and 15 in the photo.

Her intent is to prejudice the Judge into thinking that I am not of sound mind, and the way she intends to do this is twist things out of proportion (14), and then draw attention to what she refers to as a civil suit/car accident of 2000 (15).  

The legal Action Christine refers to, didn’t begin until 2006, was more importantly to address  a claim of negligence against my insurer who had not provided an investigation immediately after the accident, and for wrongfully holding me at fault (increasing my insurance from $2,000./yr to $10,000./yr).  

Long story short, during that litigation,  the judge at the time— Associate Chief Justice Deborah K. Smith produced a Court Order that would have me undergo psychiatric evaluation to determine whether or not I’m capable of being a self representative.  Part of her reason for doing so was due to my Insurer bringing forward their own Psychiatrist who stated that my research regarding humans being a product of near perfectly joined (and so, hidden)fraternal twins, was an indication that I suffer from “delusional disorder”.  The three Appeal Judges voted in my favour and overturned the trial Judges Order.  They also discounted my insurers psychiatrist as I was able to prove that a good portion of his income is derived from my insurer! 

Now in comes the tricky part — the Judge of the litigation almost 20 years ago, is now the Chief Justice of Nova Scotia!  Now I’m not saying that this will influence Justice Chiasson, but it could, and judges are allowed to have bias, and this is more than likely why Christine Scott brings this up in her Affidavit.  

As to Christine’s Affidavit at 14, the first portion where she makes another false allegation about my claiming to have invented the first human language— this is ludicrous, as no one alive today can make such a claim. 

As to Christine’s other comment at 14 in reference to “Chimera theory”, this is yet another twisted lie.  There is however what Geneticists refer to as “Natural Human Chimera’s”— individuals known to have two sets of DNA, that indicate the merging of two fraternal twins during early gestation.  In other words, it’s not a theory, but proven scientific fact based on DNA findings in the human population.  

Note this excerpt from a research article, Genetics of Chimerism :

• People with chimerism rarely show visible signs of their condition.
• Some may have physical signs such as:  Identifying as transgender; when chimerism also involves the sex chromosomes (X and Y), brain cells can have different sex chromosomes than other cells in the body, which is theorized to contribute to having a transgender identity

And from this National Library of Medicine article: 

• A significant portion of the population might be affected by chimerism, with repercussions for transfusion medicine, transplantation and forensic science.
• “About one-eighth of all conceptions and about one-eighth of live births are twins—the majority of whom are born alone without a live twin. About one in eight of everybody walking around is a twin who was born single,” said Charles Boklage, a developmental biologist at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University (Greenville, NC, USA) who has studied chimerism for more than 25 years. For the public, the idea of carrying around parts of an unborn twin is not easy to accept. “Look up the definition of ‘chimera' in an ordinary dictionary. A major fraction of the definition has to do with something fanciful, imaginary, mythical. It has a really big ‘yuck factor' for most people, to imagine a substantial fraction of us are made of cells from what might have been two people,” Boklage explained.
• The frequency of spontaneous human chimerism might have been greatly underestimated, because such people are usually discovered only by chance.

Finally, I should also mention that 3 witness in particular who I wanted to call, Justice Chiasson refused, with her reason being that I am not allowed to bring in witnesses to impune the character of Cathy’s witnesses and that I would have to find out about “Rebuttal” evidence.  The three people (Jia Tsu Thompson, Pastor Lisa Vaughn and Gina Welling, and Cathy Bennett herself have each had run ins with Barb and Christine (more notably, Barb) that involves “opportunistic thefts” (worth thousands of dollars).   This is why Cathy and I stopped hanging out with them in 2013.  Cathy then rekindled her friendship with them many years later (while I refused), … for reasons that are more obvious now.
