The Planning Board started to hear public comments at the last meeting and will continue to hear from the public at the June 5th meeting. If anyone gave their statement at the May meeting they will not be able to continue/add to their comments at the June 5th meeting. But it’s still important to attend the meeting.
 
The traffic expert for the applicant was unable to testify at the last meeting therefore; he is scheduled to continue taking questions from the public at the June 5th meeting.  After he is questioned public comment will continue.
 
THIS IS IT!!! It’s your last chance to state your concerns/objections to these warehouses during public comment at the June 5th meeting.
 
After the public speaks the objectors and the representative for the applicant will present their closing arguments.  The Planning Board will then deliberate and vote to deny or approve this application.  Will all of this happen on June 5th?  We don't know but it will be the last chance for public comment. So make sure your voice is heard.
 
There was a great turn out at the last meeting, let's make it a bigger turn out at the June 5th meeting.
