We are calling on the Department of Justice, Attorney GeneraI Merrick Garland to immediately launch a criminal investigation against Putin Regime and his inner circle for War Crimes committed against Humanity  under United States Code,  Title 18 - CHAPTER 118 - WAR CRIMES Sec. 2441
