The drivers of spark are consistently having wages slashed. To where it isn't even worth orders outside of a 5 mile trip. With no mandatory tip or a base rate of pay. Tip baiting is a real problem where individuals can put a 15 dollar tip then change it before you get the money. Somthing needs to change. 

If things were to change you're groceries would be delivered more promptly. There would be less driver turnover. Leading to more consistency in order delivery and professionalism.
