I am asking anyone who is opposed to any new useless “Laws” and “Not Breaching” the sand berm to show up and voice their reason and opinions why they DO NOT WANT ANY MORE USELESS LAWS AT ALISO CREEK BEACH! This is crazy  

I spoke today at City Council and voiced more reasons and facts why digging out the sand berm is necessary! 

this whole situation has to stop. 

plus where is the money coming from for this estuary project? It will be a gross stagnant body of gross bacteria filled water with mosquitoes and bad algae. 

if it was back in the 1920s maybe there might be a chance  but there is too much human development inhibiting any estuary.  
since humans made this issue happen  humans need to maintain the flow and direction of the flow of the creek! Simple as that  

we DO NOT NEED A LAW that says we can not trench the creek to flow into the ocean. When it is going to happen anyways. It just speeds up the inevitable. Helping more issues from arising by doing so. 

The longer the water sits stagnant the worse it gets! Mosquitos and bad smell etc, Then the creek floods the pedestrian tunnel and eventually starts to flow north to damage propels homes! When left alone. 

let the city, public, wave riders, or home owners be able to breach this berm as needed! It helps more than hurts  science has proven that! Allow for the breaching to occur on non busy or crowded peak days without many people on the sand. JUST HOW THE COUNTY used to let us do! 

the creek needs to flow!
