The creek has been flowing to the north side of the beach. It is eroding the sand in front of these homes. And the only way it will be fixed is if the city brings a Bulldozer down to push sand up against the front of the houses first make a big embankment and then “cut” the creek to flow straight out from the tunnel or bridge. 

If this does not happen sand erosion will get worse and eventually push back up against the houses. Then more possibilities of damaging property etc.
