The interesting part of this guideline is that 'the meat should only be intended for consumption by jews and muslims' - which begs the question WHY are schools using it on the general menu, hospitals, chains of pizza etc, and many oter products for example kelloggs, where people other than jews and muslims are going to be eating it, usually unknowingly?
