-Implementing strong identity verification and financial safeguards including the verification of source of funds for high value deposits and in the event of addiction like behavior. 

-Requiring platforms to use technology to detect and intervene in harmful user behavior

These companies already use advanced tools to maximize profits—it’s time they are required to protect people instead.
