Not enforcing Town Code/Ordinances against excessive outdoor lighting. 
Allowing the nuisance to continue despite town rules stating:
(Barnstable Town Code - Section 240-6: "Outdoor lighting shall not interfere with adjacent properties.")

Yet they approved this flood light

Or did they?
