Whatever the government looks like after July 4th, we know one thing: it must commit to a long-term cancer plan if waiting lists are to fall, and patients are to receive the life-saving treatments they desperately need.

To show our politicians just how important this issue is to us, their constituents, the Cancer Community is mobilising for an online day of action on Wednesday, June 19th. From charities to activists, patients to allies, we will be calling on each of the political parties to make a commitment to a long-term cancer plan.

It is vital that we speak out as a community and put pressure on parties so that we get this necessary change. As signatories of this petition, we really hope to have your support in this push.
