Ask them to email too. 1 in 2 of us will be impacted by cancer but every single one of us deserves the best care without facing the uncertainty of delays.

At the meeting, MPs will be asked to take more urgent action to tackle the cancer crisis. If you’ve not used the link before it only takes 2 minutes and together our message has a huge impact. If we email in our thousands, we can make it clear the COVID induced cancer crisis should be a priority.

The Government keep saying that recovering cancer services is "all in hand" and they "have a plan". But National Audit Officer figures show as many as 60,000 missing cancer patients have not had treatment. NHS figures show record numbers of patients waiting far too long for their care. In some areas of the UK, over half of the cancer patients are waiting longer than the recommended time. If this is the plan we need our MPs to demand a new one.

Please consider supporting the campaign by asking your MP to attend the event. Every second counts for cancer patients, they do not have the luxury of time. Early on in the pandemic cancer experts have warned as many as 35,000 patients could die unnecessarily. The longer this crisis goes on the more patients will sadly be impacted.
