The Issue
Speaking from personal experience, our community should not be subjected to increased dues this year. The rationale behind my stance is straightforward: we have encountered a lack of community social events and functioning amenities. Despite all of these issues, the dues from previous years have still not been fully paid. 

Now is not the time for increases in our dues. Instead, it is a moment when we should reflect back on where our past dues have been allocated and how well these resources have been managed. Are we, the community members, truly receiving the level of services and facilities that we have paid for? 

A strong, vibrant community is characterized by more than just basic infrastructures. Community events and working amenities are vital elements that cultivate a sense of belonging and partnership among us all - factors that are noticeably lacking in our society. 

By agreeing to increase dues under these circumstances, we would be indirectly endorsing a system that ignores our expectations and silences our voices. To prevent this, I invite you to stand against the unjust increase of our community dues. Let our unified action serve as a statement that calls for the proper utilization of our dues and the advancement of our community's standards. Please sign the petition.
