We are happy to inform that an order of arrest and prosecution has been ordered against him and accomplices by the Enugu State Police Nigeria, as informed on their official X account (https://x.com/Enugu_PoliceNg/status/1759673747533967477?s=20
BUT NO ARRESTS HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED AS NOW.
HOWEVER, it is of utmost importance that we must let Nigerian authorities know that-
- We seek immediate arrest of them so that they do not abscond.
- We are seeking to see the video of his and his accomplices' arrest.
- Share the official judicial document indicating under what section they have been booked.
- We demand no leniency in his punishment of prosecution as lately he has been seen making attempts to feign repentance in order to evade arrest and calm the global outcry and an attempt to mitigate the severity of his impending punishment. Most probably than not, he is conveying such crocodile tears on the advise of his lawyer(s).
It is utmost necessary to let the Nigerian authorities know that we are still closely monitoring his case and will not sit calm until he and his accomplices' are brought to justice and are jailed.
The biggest concern is that he is still posting and is still active on all his social media accounts despite of being under the order of arrest by the Enugu State Police.
We do not wish to see him coming out of the jail or subject to a name sake investigation and then venture out and continue doing the same torture with another name or offline once the matter has cooled down globally or forgotten.
Moreover, even the National Church of Nigeria has condemned such clerics and their fake practices in their national news who do such heinous activities. Please ref - Premium Times News Nigeria's article
Let us together bust the myth that as time passes by, humans tend to forget crimes !
We shall stop at nothing unless the perpetrator(s) have been brought to justice and will continue to make use of every legal remedy to make it happen !
