Stop unfair dispute handling and damage to buyers on Alibaba! Let's get our money back!

The Issue

I am not the only one who is a victim of fraud trading on Alibaba.com. This company caused a loss of at least 19.7 million dollars to its customers so far, according to the pis**d consumer website and I believe it is much more. Not every buyer claimed their losses yet. My goal is to raise worldwide attention on what's going on with Alibaba complaints. I ordered from a seller, who lied, lied, lied, and sent me trash, they stopped communicating with me, I complained to dispute team, they are on the seller's side, I have 700 + 944.88 dollars I'm waiting back for the trash products! I am not the only one who did not get proper refund for bad products. I am not the only one who experienced unfair customer "care" and financial damage. Alibaba customer service doesn't give us acceptable solution. I met many buyers who got bad products, but at the end, they suffered money loss because the customer service didn't want to refund. I also experienced: they don't regulate those sellers who cheat customers again and again. 

At the moment, if you order on Alibaba.com, you can face with two outcomes: you receive good product, or you receive bad product and you will not get proper refund. If we step up together, we can achieve that Chinese law will be more strict with Chinese e-commerce sellers and with the process they handle the disputes. I welcome lawyers here, who feel free to step next to us and fight against not only Alibaba, but all those billion dollars e-commers companies who think they are big enough to cheat buyers without serious consequences. Until they don't get strict regulations, we, buyers have the risk of money loss, if our dispute is not solved, and this moment we are lots of buyers, who's dispute wasn't solved. 

We have to act together, one buyer's voice is too small. They handle us like if we were nothing, they don't care about our money loss, they don't care about our feelings hurt, they don't care if we buy again there or not. Today, they are too big and today, they think they can do anything with us!!!!

Let's come together, let's tell them we are here, let's force Chinese big companies to handle our dispute and our money with respect!!! If we don't do it, these companies will grow, their power will grow, and there will be always sellers who make fraud with us, and we can lose our money.

We have to be a lot, and I believe we already been a lot! We are strong! Just spread it, I'm sure everybody have a friend or a friend of a friend who ordered on Alibaba or other big e-commers shop and wasn't satisfied. Me, myself met with a lot. We can do that!!!! Lets do it!!!! 

Just one word: STEALING

Yes, if they sell bad products, and if they don't want to refund, it is stealing. Noone can steal from buyers! We can not let them do it!!!!! We will sue back the millions of dollars losses. One by one we are small, but together we are strong! Dont forget this! 

Sign it and ask everybody around you to sign it!!! Spread it!!!! Thank you!
