As we see the tv license fee is very expensive especially for people who have disabilities and at need of watching TV because people find it hard to go out for the day but to expensive to keep going out. I feel like people who rely on tv should have some sort of a discount like they have done for people at state pension age. Like myself I suffer from learning disabilities and server epilepsy and it's hard to get out so I love to watch tv but I get put off because of the price for a tv license. PLEASE HELP US TO RAISE AWARENESS TO THE GOVERNMENT ABOUT CHANGING THE PRICE OF TV LICENSE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
