Dear fellow petitioners,

This is an important update regarding our petition to stop the proposed Tim Hortons at Main and Harris Hill.

While Kelton Enterprises, the previous petitioner, has withdrawn its application, we have learned that Benderson Development is now leading the charge to pursue this project.

The proposed project is on the agenda for the upcoming Town of Clarence Planning Board meeting. It is crucial that the Planning Board hears our concerns.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Clarence Town Hall.
