Doing another major update on the description.

Due to a now-deleted tweet about this petition, I have decided to put the do’s and don’ts on sharing this petition in its description. That way, I won’t have to type that reminder over and over again. That and to prevent another person from doing the don’ts on sharing this. Expect to see change on the bottom of the description. (This one won’t take too long.)
