First and for most we would like to show our gratitude of appreciation and thanks to all those who have distributed and signed our petition, and to everyone who has elevated their voices worldwide in order to be a voice against the dog/cat meat trade and against the Yulin Dog Meat Festival. We would also like to extend our apologies for the delay in updates, and to assure everyone that we have not, nor will we ever give up on the innocent lives that are in desperate need of our attention. At this moment in time, we are working on bringing light to other animal issues worldwide,such as: https://www.change.org/p/prime-minister-of-canada-justin-trudeau-premier-of-ontario-kathleen-wynne-help-save-kiska-world-s-loneliest-orca along with the continuing battle against the dog/cat meat trade & Yulin Dog Meat Festival. We want to reassure every individual that our efforts to achieve these goals is still priority and that we are working dedicated and determined in constructing new tactics and furthering our expansion of voices & support for a much stronger and prevailing foundation. Our efforts we are working on for the dog/cat meat trade and Yulin Dog Meat Festival are as follows: • Emailing letters to Government officials • Creating a campaign which will include informative brochures, posters, and other educational guides towards raising awareness. • Elevating and strengthening the foundation of support, through branching out to countless others, including those of encouragement and empowerment, to get the messages conveyed. • Involving ourselves either physically or through efforts to further world awareness on these issues/concerns ( such as any protests that we may be able to attend, conveying communication through social media & email in order to further reach, to even supporting animal angels who are on the frontlines) • We will also have dedicated individuals, whose focus will be on this issue, and will keep up to date documentation, reports etc and will be able to update and give reports to individuals with what is occurring and the status of the procedures. • We are at this current time, looking into creating an event in which will convey the issues and concerns, spread awareness, and get more participation and involvement in getting this trade and festival stopped once and for all. • To extend our reach further to get laws changed, more enforcement involvement in prevention of these issues/concerns, and bring upon more protection of innocent life. Although we have achieved an immense number of signatures, it is the crusade of countless voices, the elevation of awareness, and the powerful message and pressure in which we as humanity display in order to accomplish the ultimate goal and that is to bring an end to the dog/cat meat trade and the Yulin Dog Meat Festival. Efforts You Too Can Participate in is: • To continue on with the distribution of awareness • To be part of the efforts to end this trade/festival once and for all – through voices and through actions in which will make an impact. • To participate in writing letters as well, become involved in organized rallies or even sharing the efforts of these countless individuals who are on the frontlines and fighting worldwide in order to make that difference. • To use social media as a networking foundation to get the awareness and your voices conveyed • To be more than just a signature upon a petition, but an action-taker to strengthen the foundation of support and aid. Together United, we are the ones that can make the difference and we must not just sign this petition but extend our voices into actions – to bring light to the situation and make the impact that is need, to bring this dog/cat meat trade and Yulin Dog/Cat Meat Festival to an end.
