The Issue

To our deep national shame, the Singapore Airshow 2024 hosted 10 weapons manufacturers actively supplying military systems used against Palestinian civilians in Gaza and the West Bank, even as the world watched an unfolding genocide.

5 of these companies are Israeli, of which 4 are Israeli state-owned - Israel Aerospace Industries, Elbit Systems, Tomer, SIBAT, and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.

The rest - BAE Systems, Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman - also directly supply the Israeli military with weapons used in the occupation and assault on Palestinian lives.

Multiple UN experts, international aid volunteers, and human rights organisations have condemned Israel’s actions in Gaza as genocidal. The Israeli government has ignored calls to stop the killing and allow aid into Gaza from activists, human rights groups, the United Nations, and many governments worldwide. Israel is currently under investigation by the International Court of Justice for the crime of genocide, and the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for its prime minister and minister of defence.

Tens, or possibly hundreds of thousands of civilians in Gaza, have been killed. More than 90% of homes have been destroyed. There are no fully functioning hospitals. Healthcare workers and journalists have been targeted, killed, and tortured. Starvation is being used as a tool for genocide. Children have been shot in the head by Israeli snipers. This is not a war; it's the systematic erasure of a people.

The 10 military manufacturers listed above are supplying weapons to the Israeli military with full knowledge of the atrocities being committed. Their top marketing line? Efficacy in urban warfare—tested on the streets, homes, hospitals, and bodies of Palestinians.

In 2024, the Singapore Airshow showcased these companies and gave them a platform to profit. In 2024, the Singapore Airshow was complicit in war crimes and genocide.

We, the undersigned, demand that:

The Singapore Airshow in Feb 2026 refuses participation to:

  1. Israeli state-owned military manufacturers
  2. Any company supplying weapons to Israel

We call on Experia Events, the organiser of Singapore Airshow 2026, and our new Minister of Defence, Chan Chun Sing, to take a stand against brutality and crimes against humanity. Singapore should not be a launchpad for oppression.

No genocide enablers. No war profiteers. No Israeli arms at Singapore Airshow 2026.
