Over the past few weeks, we've heard many voices:
“Will marching really change anything?”
“You’re just spreading fear and anxiety.”
“You’re making things worse.”

But the reality is this—since the Eastgardens attack less than a month ago,
we’ve already collected 19 verified reports of teen-related assaults across Sydney and over 30 across Australia, all voluntarily submitted by victims through StandTogether.club.
(See details here: https://standtogether.club/en)

And these are only the cases that people have chosen to share.
The real number could be much higher. Many victims remain unheard, unseen, or too afraid to speak up.

These aren’t just headlines or cold statistics.
They are real stories, from real people, full of fear, pain, and silence.
And that’s exactly why we must step forward now.

We know:
One march will not solve everything.
We can’t create government policy or control how law enforcement acts.
But we do have one powerful thing—our voice, together.

We march because silence won’t change anything.
We march because no victim should be forgotten.
We march because safety should never be negotiable.

Let us be clear:
This march is not about revenge.
We are not here to target anyone.
We are here to call on those in power to act—whether it’s through education, mental health support, youth intervention, or legal reform.

We don’t have all the answers.
But we know that safety belongs to everyone.
And the time for action is now.

If you share our concerns,
if you believe our communities deserve better—
please join us this Saturday.

We don’t need perfect slogans or grand speeches.
We just need your presence and your voice.
Because together, our voices can spark real change.
Together, we are the Guardians of Neighbourhoods.
