The Issue

In recent interactions with social services, a glaring issue has been brought to light: the use of fabricated evidence and biased assessments in family courts, which have devastating effects on countless families. Social workers often rely on opinions and personal feelings as evidence, which leads to unfair trials that do not adhere to the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) guidelines. This has resulted in a legal system where the evidence and experiences of parents are often disregarded, and the voices of families, including parents and children, are silenced.

Many families are overwhelmed by the unfair treatment they receive at the hands of social services. Assessors tend to side with the services, showing clear bias and failing to give due consideration to evidence presented by parents. This systemic issue has led to the destruction of families, as judges often seem disinterested in examining the complete picture, including the build-up of events leading to the case. Consequently, parents are left powerless, with their evidence ignored and their voices unheard.

The manipulation of case files by social workers further exacerbates this issue. When evidence can be altered or misrepresented by those meant to uphold the truth, it becomes apparent that the system needs a rigorous review and reform.

To resolve this, we call for a comprehensive review of current family court practices and procedures. Specifically, we demand the implementation of measures ensuring that trials are fair, unbiased, and adhere strictly to ECHR guidelines. We urge the introduction of independent oversight bodies to review cases challenged on the grounds of biased or fabricated evidence. Social services should also be held accountable for the implications of their reports and be required to provide clear, factual, and impartial evidence that respects the rights of all involved parties.

By signing this petition, you help urge the government to protect families from unjust legal practices and ensure that every family receives fair and just treatment in court. Stand with us to bring about critical changes that respect the rights of families and uphold justice in the family court system. Sign now and be a part of the change for fair trials and truthful justice for every family.
