University of Adelaide dropped 23 places on the ARUW, while Flinders had the highest rise of 46 in the whole country.

Of course, University of Adelaide dropped due to two years of Faculty and School mergers.   If internal mergers cause a 23 drop, a major university merger will cause a much larger drop.
