According to official Pierce County Code Enforcement logs, on Jan. 12 staff documented observing "50+ vehicles," "at least a dozen RVs" with "utilities attached and other indica of occupancy," and a vehicle "half submerged in the lake" on the Manna Lake LLC parcels. Following these observations, legal notices of violation were posted.
County updates confirm that Appeal No. 1065628 (unpermitted multi-family dwellings) was finalized and dismissed on February 13. The other appeal remains pending.
