Reasonable Excuse 

Remember if the poisoning teams confronts you legally all you have to do is provide a reasonable excuse and you are exempt from having poison applied to your property. 

Some reasonable excuses are 

This property has Indigenous BlueBanded Bees, and these insecticides are harmful to them. 

ABC and Channel 9 reports show that these poisons have injured or killed dogs, bees, birds, cows and horses. 

I haven't received any Environmental Impact Study or Risk Assessment on the effects of these insecticides on my property. 

Distribution of poison over my property doesn't align with the management practices of my operations.
