First of all, thank you for signing! We need to continue to get the word out to as many people as as possible. I've spoken with many people who are unaware of this warehouse proposal and the subsequent harm it will cause our community.

There was a recent Clarkstown TAC meeting (Technical Advisory Committee). Although there have been some concessions with variances, such as the height and knockout doors, they have not taken a hard look at the SEQRA, an environmental study. An environmental study will look at the amount of pollution, traffic, buffer zone, noise, light pollution, quality of life, wetlands, and the proposed 24/7 operation.
