Stop the torture of homeless animals in Georgia !

This petition is a cry coming from the heart of many people living in different countries, an appeal to the President of Georgia, Ms. Salome Zurabishvili. Many who signed the petition have visited or live in this beautiful country. It is not surprising that everyone who has been here falls in love with its ancient wisdom and culture, its nature, its people, and it is more offensive to see comments under texts or videos about Georgia: "I will never go there again - it is hell for animals", "Georgians! Shame on you to treat animals like that!", "Shame! Christian country and such barbarity", "Georgia is a living slaughterhouse for animals and torture for people who are not indifferent to them"...

The people of Georgia are not at all cruel and inhumane! Most people keep animals, pick up and feed the homeless, set up booths right next to shops and parking lots, and create shelters. But the irresponsibility of the minority is enough to make the situation catastrophic. Sterilization doesn't work. Everyone who feeds the animals, leaving the city, to the villages, to the passes, see how there are two or three non-sterilized females for one sterilized female, at each feeding point there are several pregnant females. There is no effect of sterilization alone. For only 30 km along the Tbilisi-Batumi road, you can count more than 60 dogs, most of them without a tag. The animals are in a terrible state.

Pets cannot live on the street, they cannot do without a person - this is a truth that does not require proof. Feeding animals in cities by volunteers is not everything! And what to do with wounds received in fights, with injuries on the roads, with old age, when a blind animal suffers from pain and needs warmth and feeding from a spoon or euthanization?... Hundreds of emaciated, crippled animals roam along the roads, on the beaches. Animals in the street are rotting alive, dying slow, painful deaths.

Dear Madam President! Stop inhumane actions - release of animals on the street after sterilization! Sterilization is only one point of the animal protection program adopted in civilized countries. Homeless animals on the street should not exist! Stop it for the sake of the animals, for the sake of the reputation of a country that cannot be called civilized in this situation.

Прекратите мучения бездомных животных в Грузии!

Эта петиция - крик, идущий от самого сердца множества людей, живущих в разных странах, обращение к президенту Грузии г-же Саломе Зурабишвили. Многие, кто подписал петицию, посещали или живут в этой прекрасной стране. Не удивительно, что каждый побывавший здесь, влюбляется на всю жизнь в её древнюю мудрость и культуру, в её природу, в её людей, и тем обидней видеть комментарии под текстами или видео о Грузии: "Я никогда больше туда не поеду - там ад для животных", "Грузины! Как вам не стыдно так обращаться с животными!", "Позор! Христианская страна и такое варварство", "Грузия - это живодёрня для животных и пыточная для неравнодушных к ним людей"...

Народ Грузии вовсе не жесток и не антигуманен! Большинство людей держат животных, подбирают и кормят бездомышей, ставят будки прямо у магазинов и автостоянок, создают приюты. Но безответственности меньшинства хватает, чтобы ситуация стала катастрофической. Стерилизация не справляется. Все, кто кормит животных, выезжая за город, в деревни, на перевалы, видят, как на одну стерилизованную самку приходится две-три не стерилизованных, в каждой точке кормления есть несколько беременных сук. Эффекта только от стерилизации нет. На протяжении всего 30 км по дороге Тбилиси-Батуми можно насчитать больше 60-ти собак, большинство без бирки. Животные в ужасном состоянии.

 Домашние животные не могут жить на улице,не могут обходиться без человека - это истина, не требующая доказательств. Кормление животных в городах волонтёрами - это не всё! А что делать с ранами, полученными в драках, с травмами на автодорогах, со старостью, когда слепое животное страдает от боли и нуждается в тепле и кормлении с ложки или усыплении?... Сотни истощённых, покалеченных животных бродят вдоль трасс, во дворах и на пляжах. Животные на улице гниют заживо, умирая медленной, мучительной смертью.

Уважаемая г-жа президент! Остановите антигуманные действия- выпуск животных на улицу после стерилизации! Стерилизация - только один пункт программы по защите животных, которая принята в цивилизованных странах. Беспризорных животных на улице быть не должно! Остановите это ради животных, ради репутации страны, которая не может называться цивилизованной при такой ситуации.

Arrêtez la souffrance des animaux errants en Géorgie !

Cette pétition est un cri du cœur de nombreuses personnes de différents pays, adressé à la Présidente de la Géorgie Madame Salomé Zourabichvili. Beaucoup parmi ceux qui ont signé la pétition ont visité la Géorgie ou vivent dans ce beau pays. Il n’est pas étonnant que chaque personne qui vient ici tombe amoureuse pour toujours de sa culture ancienne, de sa nature, de son peuple, et cela rend d’autant plus désolant de voir ce genre de commentaires sous des textes ou des vidéos sur la Géorgie :

« Je n’y retournerai plus jamais – c’est un enfer pour les animaux », « Les Géorgiens ! Quelle honte de traiter les animaux ainsi ! », « La honte ! Un pays chrétien et une telle barbarie ! », « La Géorgie est une boucherie pour les animaux et une torture pour ceux qui n’y sont pas indifférents !».

Le peuple géorgien n’est pas du tout cruel, ni inhumain ! La plupart des gens a des animaux chez soi, les adopte, les nourrit, construit des abris près des magasins et des parkings, crée des refuges. Mais l’irresponsabilité de la minorité est suffisante pour que la situation soit catastrophique. La stérilisation ne suffit pas. Tous ceux qui nourrissent les animaux hors des villes, dans les campagnes, dans les montagnes, voient que pour une chienne stérilisée il y en a deux ou trois qui ne le sont pas, et qui sont enceintes. Il n’y a pas d’effet de la stérilisation seule. Uniquement sur les 30 km de la route Tbilissi – Batoumi on peut compter plus de 60 chiens errants, la plupart sans matricule. Les animaux sont dans un état effrayant.

Les animaux domestiques ne peuvent pas vivre dans les rues, ne peuvent pas se passer des humains – c’est une vérité absolue qui n’a pas besoin de preuves. Les bénévoles qui nourrissent les animaux, cela ne suffit pas ! Que faire avec des blessures, des mutilations suite aux accidents sur les autoroutes, avec la vieillesse quand l’animal aveugle et affaibli a besoin de chaleur, d’aide ou d’euthanasie ?..

Des centaines d’animaux amaigris ou mutilés errent le long des routes, dans les cours, sur les plages. Les animaux pourrissent vifs, meurent d’une mort lente et douloureuse.

Madame la Présidente ! Arrêtez les actions inhumaines comme laisser les animaux dans les rues après la stérilisation ! La stérilisation n’est qu’une étape du programme de la protection des animaux, qui existe dans tous les pays civilisés. Des animaux errants dans les rues ne doivent pas exister ! Arrêtez cela pour les animaux, pour la réputation du pays, qui ne peut pas être appelé civilisé tant que cette situation perdure.

Stoppt die Qualen der Streunertiere in Georgien !

Diese Petition ist ein Schrei, aus der Tiefe der Herzen zahlreicher Menschen aus vielen Ländern, die sich an Georgiens Präsidentin, Frau Salome Surabischwili.

Viele Unterzeichner leben in diesem Land oder haben den wunderbaren Staat besucht. Es ist kein Wunder, dass jeder sich nach der ersten Begegnung in das Land und seine antike und Weise Geschichte und Kultur, die Natur und die Menschen verliebt. Umso bedauerlicher ist es Kommentare zu den Beiträgen über das Land zu lesen: "Ich fahre dort niemals mehr hin - das Land ist eine Hölle für die Tiere",

"Georgier! Schämt euch, Tiere so zu behandeln!", "Schande! Christliches Land und solche Barbarei", "Georgien ist ein lebendiges Schlachthaus für Tiere und Folter für Menschen, denen sie nicht gleichgültig sind "...

Die Menschen in Georgien sind keineswegs grausam und unmenschlich! Die meisten Menschen halten Tiere, nehmen Streuner auf und füttern sie, errichten Hütten direkt neben Geschäften und Parkplätzen und schaffen Unterstände. Aber die Verantwortungslosigkeit der Minderheit reicht aus, um die Situation katastrophal zu machen. Sterilisation funktioniert nicht. Jeder, der die Tiere füttert, die Stadt verlässt, in die Dörfer, zu den Pässen, sieht, wie es zwei oder drei nicht sterilisierte Weibchen für ein sterilisiertes Weibchen gibt, an jeder Fütterungsstelle gibt es mehrere trächtige Weibchen. Die Sterilisation allein zeigt keine Wirkung. Auf nur 30 km entlang der Straße Tiflis-Batumi können Sie mehr als 60 Hunde zählen, die meisten davon ohne Marke. Die Tiere sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand.

Haustiere können nicht auf der Straße leben, sie können nicht ohne einen Menschen auskommen - das ist eine Wahrheit, die keiner Beweise bedarf. Tiere in Städten durch Freiwillige zu füttern ist nicht alles! Und was tun mit Wunden, die man sich bei Kämpfen zugezogen hat, mit Verletzungen auf den Straßen, mit dem Alter, wenn ein blindes Tier unter Schmerzen leidet und Wärme und Fütterung aus der Hand oder Euthanasie braucht? ... Hunderte abgemagerte, verkrüppelte Tiere streifen entlang der Straßen, an den Stränden. Tiere auf der Straße verrotten bei lebendigem Leib und sterben langsam und qualvoll.

Sehr geehrte Frau Präsidentin! Stoppen Sie unmenschliche Aktionen - Freilassung von Tieren auf die Straße nach der Sterilisation! Die Sterilisation ist nur ein Punkt des Tierschutzprogramms, das in zivilisierten Ländern angenommen wird. Obdachlose Tiere auf der Straße sollten nicht sein! Beenden Sie esf, um der Tiere willen, um des Ansehens eines Landes willen, welches man in dieser Situation nicht als zivilisiert bezeichnen kann.

Dobbiamo porre fine а tormentare gli animali randagi in Georgia!

Questa petizione è un grido proveniente dal cuore di molte persone che vivono in diversi paesi, un appello al Presidente della Georgia, la signora Saloma Zurabishvili. Molte persone che hanno firmato la petizione hanno visitato questo bellissimo paese, altre ci abitano. Non è una novità, che tutti coloro sono stati in Georgia si innamorino per tutta la vita della sua antica saggezza e cultura, della sua natura, della sua gente, ed è proprio per questo che ci mortifica tanto di vedere commenti sotto le pubblicazioni o video sulla Georgia quali: "non ci andrò mai più - c'è un inferno per gli animali", "Georgiani! Vergognatevi di trattare gli animali in questo modo!", "Vergogna! Un paese cristiano con tali barbarie", "Georgia è un vivaio per gli animali e una tortura per le persone che non sono indifferenti agli amici quattrozampe"...

Il popolo della Georgia non è affatto crudele o antiumano! La maggior parte delle persone tiene animali, raccoglie e nutre i animali senzatetto, allestisce delle cucce vicino a negozi e parcheggi, costruisce rifugi ecc. Ma l'irresponsabilità della minoranza di popolazione è sufficiente per rendere la situazione catastrofica. La sterilizzazione non può far fronte al problema in generale. Tutti coloro che nutrono gli animali, andando fuori città, nei villaggi, nelle montagne, vedono bene che ci sono due o tre cani femmine non sterilizzate su una sterilizzata, in ogni punto di alimentazione si vedono diverse madri che hanno in grembo dei cuccioli. La sterilizzazione sola non risolve il problema. Per tutti i 30 km lungo la strada Tbilisi-Batumi, si puo contare più di 60 cani, la maggior parte senza tag. Gli animali vivono in condizioni terribili.

Gli animali domestici non possono vivere per strada, non possono fare a meno di un essere umano: questa è una verità che non richiede prove. Nutrire gli animali nelle città come volontari non basta! E cosa dobbiamo fare con i cani feriti nei combattimenti, con i cani investiti sulle autostrade, con la vecchiaia, quando un animale cieco soffre di dolore e ha bisogno di calore, di alimentazione imboccata o addirittura dell’eutanasia?... Centinaia di animali deperiti e mutilati vagano lungo i sentieri, nei cortili di case e sulle spiagge. Gli animali senzatetto sono abbandonati a marcire vivi, morendo di morte lenta e dolorosa.

Gentile Signora Presidente! La preghiamo di porre fine alle azioni antiumane quali abbandono di animali in strada dopo la sterilizzazione! La sterilizzazione è solo uno dei punti del programma dedicato al benessere degli animali, adottato nei paesi civili. Non dovrebbero esserci più animali vagabondi per strada! La preghiamo di farlo per il bene degli animali, per la reputazione della Georgia che non può essere mai chiamata uno Stato civile finché questa situazione continui.
