For years, Newby landfill has made the lives of thousands of residents of Milpitas, North San Jose, Berryessa, parts of Mission miserable by not controlling the nasty odor coming out of their landfill. This not only makes hanging out in our own backyards difficult but poses a significant health issue to the residents and children's in this areas. I think it's high time that Newby take corrective action to control this for once and all either by fixing the issue or moving away from the city limits where it doesn't poses any more health risks to us.
