Please join us for an afternoon of food, fun, and opportunities to join local efforts here in Avalon to help stop the Slaughter of our beloved deer.  We will have tables with information and letters to important decision makers that you can simply sign on site.  We will do all the rest to make sure your voices are heard! We will also have Spanish language versions available to ensure ALL members of our community have the chance to make their voices heard. This is a crucial part of our efforts and we KNOW it has made a difference.  We will also have packets you can take with you to friends and family who may not have the opportunity to attend the event. In addition, we will have the opportunity to sign up on our volunteer list for future efforts and a chance to contribute financially if you can.  We have learned that letters from the citizens of Avalon are especially impactful and we want to let them know how many people here vehemently oppose the heinous plans of the Catalina Island Conservancy to slaughter our deer.  And last but not least we will have fabulous FOOD, MUSIC, and a KIDS art table.   Come join and help keep up the fight!
