Unfortunately. Our petition's signatures have stalled at around 730. While that is astounding (thank you thank you) this is not enough; we need at least 1000 to garner any real attention.

Please share the petition and ask friends and even acquaintances to sign this so we can present it to Sacramento in January.

And please remember the dangers of this drug which is freely sold at smoke and tobacco shops across California. Remember that those who inhale Nitrous Oxide (Whip Its!) are playing Russian Roulette with their lives. We were lucky my son is still alive, many aren't.

I can't easily forget the young man I met who was wheelchair bound due to brain damage and paralysis directly resulting from inhaling Nitrous Oxide (Whip Its!)
