The video includes the stories of struggling farmers forced to waste their crop because of supermarket policies, including one farmer who had to had to plough 300,000 perfectly edible cabbages back into the field. We've already presented supermarkets with a skip load of food waste, and had meetings with Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons, but so far they haven't committed to ambitious targets to reduce their food waste. If we turn up the pressure, we can get them to act!
