Dear food waste fighters, Tonight is the second episode in Stop the Rot supporter Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's War on Waste. Last week Hugh lifted the lid on the vast array of food wasted in the supermarket supply chain, including a parsnip farmer who had to waste 20 tonnes of parsnips a week because Morrisons said they were slightly the wrong size and shape.
