We're taking it to City Council!

Update: Our appeal to the city council has been filed with the city clerk's office, with council members Teresa Turk and Sarah Moore as co-sponsors. 

After being reviewed by the city clerk's office, the appeal and all the information about it is being prepared by city planning staff to be ready for the Fayetteville City Council meeting on Jan. 16, 2024. 

We need as many folks as possible to come out in support of our appeal! So please make plans to attend, either in person or by Zoom (go here for instructions on how).

If you haven't already, please reach out to your city council representatives and urge them to support this appeal.
